Bible-Heart

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:14

 Brokenness

He heals the brokenhearted, And binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3

 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Psalm 34:18

Make me hear joy and gladness, That the bones You have broken may rejoice. Psalm 51:8

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound. Isaiah 61:1

Fear

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? Psalm 118:6

He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. Psalm 145:19

For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you,‘Fear not, I will help you.’ Isaiah 41:13

Forgiveness

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  Matthew 6:14

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:25

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:7

Grace

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 Corinthian 12:9

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Guidance

For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me. Psalm 31:3

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.  Psalm 32:8

The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11

Hope

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. Jeremiah 17:7

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Love

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

We love Him because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19

Restoration

He shall pray to God, and He will delight in him, He shall see His face with joy, For He restores to man His righteousness. Job 33:26

He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness, For His name’s sake. Psalm 23:3

Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved! Psalm 80:19

Shame

For the Scripture says,“Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” Romans 10:11

But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty. 1 Corinthians 1:27

Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2

Trust

The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him. Psalm 28:7

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Ephesians 1:13
